Deposit Refunds: When you place a deposit for your solar system, you have full control and flexibility up until a critical point in the project. Your deposit is fully refundable until we complete a site survey at your property. This initial phase is crucial for us to assess the specifics of your installation and ensure that our proposal meets your needs and the technical requirements.

Non-Refundable Deposit After Site Survey: Once the site survey is completed, we begin detailed preparations for your project, tailored specifically to your home. If you decide to cancel your project after the site survey, please be aware that your deposit will not be refundable. This policy is in place because we allocate resources and initiate processes that involve significant investment based on your commitment.

Project Cancellation After Permit Approval: Please note that once your local municipality approves the necessary permits and the utility approves interconnection, your project can no longer be canceled. At this stage, significant steps have been taken to secure materials, schedule labor, and finalize project plans that are specific to your installation.
